Dice's Affogato-tini

Mood: Dessert with a buzz

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Dice Coffee Ice Cubes

• 1½ oz vodka

• 1 oz coffee liqueur

• 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

• Optional: cocoa powder or espresso beans for garnish (......or rainbow sprinkles...)

Instructions:

1. Blend Dice cubes, vodka, and coffee liqueur until smooth and slushy.

2. Pour into a coupe or martini glass.

3. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and optional garnish.

4. Sip, spoon, and swoon.
