Return Policy

We want you to love everything you order from us. Due to the perishable nature of our frozen products, we are unable to accept returns on those items. However, if your order arrives damaged, delayed, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Clothing and non-perishable items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.


Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive the wrong item, or if anything is damaged or defective, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and offer a resolution.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. frozen items, food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty or hygiene products)

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return, don’t hesitate to reach out.


Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or item, the fastest way is to return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
